Oneplus Nord Network issue via OnePlus Nord

    I am using Jio as my primary network in my Oneplus Nord for a week. Most of the time there is a network problem. The sim shows full network but Net is not working properly. I have to turn on to airplane mode and then turn off to get the network again. Please solve this issue. I am getting this problem only in this phone

    I am using dual jio sims. after every 2-3 hours, outgoing and incoming call facility is not working. although there is full network. then I had switch on the aeroplane mode and off the same to enable the calls. what is the solution..please reply

    I purchased OnePlus Nord 8/128 GB on july-28, 2020. I am facing the issue with my jio sim, when I insert both SIMS to my new Nord, Airtel on SIM1 and Jio on SIM2. Jio Stop receiving calls. If I try to call from 2nd SIM that is Jio, it doesn't go through and disconnect immediately or when I call from another number to my jio number, it says either mobile is switched off or not reachable and signal strength is showing full on re-enable SIM2 to get back to have my SIM2 working again.

    I am using oneplus nord. I am also facing same issue.

    If I place three different companies divices with same company simcard with same internet plan & simcard type (vodafone 4g) then one plus nord is only one which handset gives half of the speed in speed test run.

    #Oneplus Could you please guide me what should I do?

    Shell I return my hendset?

    I have network issue, same as everyone. @OnePlus could you fix this issue?
    After purchasing OnePlus nord, you say it's like pretty much everything we ask for, but along with that there are lot more problems which we don't ask for!
    Kindly provide us the solution or just take back your pathetic product and refund me!

    I am facing a strange network issue on one plus nord , while the internet works fine on browser but on apps it does not work , i have to change the data sim to make internet work on apps sometimes it works sometimes it does not.
    Especially while playing pubg or free fire i am facing this network issue

    Really the network connectivity on Nord is very bad. I compare the Nord and the 6t side by side and 6t has 3G and the Nord doesn't have connectivity.
    My wife is no happy with the new Nord...[e]1f625[/e] She is wishing to return to OnePlus 2...
    I hope a quick update in order to solve it this...

    I am using jio as my primary SIM and Airtel as secondary SIM. There is connectivity issue with my Jio SIM. After every few hours, outgoing and incoming to Jio stops. It says phone is not reachable. After that I have to again restart the phone. Is it some hardware problem or software issue? Can it be rectified, how and when?

    Hi All , I am using Vodafone as primary (SIM1) and JIO as secondary .Some times when I tried to switch the data then I was able to see SIM2 was not inserted .After restart the mobile getting two SIM network active.Guys any one facing this issue.
