I can't activate 5g on my OnePlus Nord. My carrier supports 5g. I live in Greece. I attach screenshot of the settings. Contacted the live chat support and told me to ask here... Please help me!

Do you have a 5G capable simcard, and is the phone whitelisted for your Network?

Yes my sim I capable of 5g. It worked on another phone. The list of the 5g capable phone's on the carriers site includes only OP Nord N10 5G. I don't know why.

But why, if the bands of the phone are same with the bands of the 5g provider. I think they don't have it in the list because they don't sell it on their market. And also why I can't find the choice to select on the settings menu. The menu of the phone has to have to choice available

This really is no issue ...
... because there is no 5G in India.
Not at the moment and probably not for the next years. ;)

The menu of the phone makes the choice available depending on the SIM of your provider.

If your provider doesn't have the NORD on his list - for whatever reason this is so - the SIM is telling your phone a clear "NO!".

You'll have to ask COSMOTE to add the NORTH to their list - or use your NORD without 5G, what should not really be a disadvantage.
