OnePlus Nord performed a factory reset BY ITSELF

    My OnePlus Nord has just performed a factory reset by itself, whilst locked and in my pocket.

    I work offshore so can't connect it to a network and I'm unable to login to the world's slowest wifi that we have onboard since it has a welcome gate. Because of this, I've lost all my music, photos, downloaded podcasts, tv series, games, access to messages from friends on Facebook and WhatsApp, and even my alarm clock and camera until I get off in just over a week!

    Has anyone got any recommendations on how this can be fixed? Or am I simply stuck with a brick until then?

    My mom just called me and had the same problem. She put in her pocket and worked for half an hour and when she took it out again it prompted her to set the phone up from new.

    This happened with my dad's phone as well and asks everything as when you sign in for the first time....worst part is he lost the password of the account now we have trouble opening it...please suggest a solution asap!!

    Hi, I have faced the same problem today. Got my Nord last week and after setting up everything, it got factory reset automatically today. This is really annoying. Please help.
