    If I wanted to play candy crush then I would bought a phone under 5or 10 thousand if you are paying some High amount so your expectations should be high I don't know about you but my is high coz they told and created a hype

    Well it's a gud looking phone and is very affordable and I like the feature of phone which OnePlus serve to user satisfaction and Nord has a great slim design and camera quality is good

    I brought this classy phone because of it features specially 256 memory...plus 5 g plus fanatic look and battery life is too kool and ofcourse camera and music are features too

    OnePlus Nord is a great device. I think all users will be agree that OnePlus is neglecting Nord. The software update are not provided properly. Devices which are older than Nord are getting oxygen OS 11 and android 11
    You should make available the software update for the Nord.
    I'm actually happy with the device bust these things are also important

    Before buying this device I indeed did some research and go through the reviews of this device. I found out that there has been network and bluetooth connectivity issue, but no one mentioned about the battery issue. And some users says updates from OnePlus has resolved the network and bluetooth connectivity issue so therefore I'm confident enough to purchase this device with a great deal from the seller. However, the only thing that I'm unsatisfied with is the battery. I do not have any other issues like the network and bluetooth connectivity issue. I've contacted OnePlus service centre and what they told me was the fact that my device is still new, so the system in the device will track my battery usage for weeks or maybe months. And I was told that the system will conserve or optimise the battery according to my usage as the day passes and therefore having a longer battery life after a few weeks or perhaps a few months? Is there such thing or they are just comforting me with those excuses? By now I had the device for almost a week already and I noticed the battery life has slightly improved a little bit but still it is draining very quickly but slightly better than the first day I had the device.

    Thats correct. The system has to optimise all the apps and functions. Usually happens when the following 3 conditions are met:

    1. Battery level is 100%

    2. Device is plugged in

    3. Device is not in use (kept idle on the table)

    So leave the device on the charger for the whole night after it charges for 100% and the optimisation process kicks in.
