ErickTreetops, Jul 9, 2019 : My oneplus one 64gb with CyanogenMod o/s started boot looping. The phone is not rooted I used the OnePlusRecovery Tool (V1.0) and restored it and then upgraded it back to the latest version from Cyanogen. I installed two battery apps and both state the battery is "Good" Battery is charged to 100% While plugged in the phone works normally. If I pull the charger cable out it will function for a few minutes then shutdown. It will not start up unless I connect the charging cable and start charging. It seems to indicate this is a battery issue. But all indication state that the battery is good. I have seen a number of posts (youtube) where the same issue was NOT fixed with a new Battery. Can anyone point me to any useful utilities or posts that can address this issue. Erick P.S. I just did a factory reset. When I unplugged the charging cable the phone did not shutdown but kept running for about 2 hours, at which point I select gmail from the desktop and it crashed. Tried it with other icons like calendar. Same thing.
