So hey guys I have broken my phone yet again and this time they haven't responded to any of my emails its been 4 weeks almost now and I have sent 8 emails to them in total none have gotten a response So im not sure if I should ditch the oneplus one for the Samsung galaxy S6. What do you guys think im still in the mist of the oneplus one support but I really don't think im going to even get this phone fixed hell the customer support cant even answer my emails.

I would say s6. Kind of ridiculous that you've been waiting 4 weeks with no response.

People will tell you to stick with it because of cost. If that is a non-factor for you, I'd go elsewhere. I'm finding the One+ is great for the kick around device that allows limitless modification but that comes at a cost. If you want something reliable and thoroughly tested (to some extent), I would suggest you go with any other big name manufacturer.
I liken the current One+ to that of a weekend car. Great to do modifications to, really fun to drive but end of the day, it is a weekend car because you need to work on it regularly and it will never be as reliable as a Toyota Camry (enter any mass produced car make and model here)

I once waited a month for a reply from support, I got my phone fixed somewhere else by the time they responded. If you think it would be better for you to get the S6 then go ahead.

You probably should just get another phone other than the OPO. Maybe an HTC One m8 or something, unless you're really set on the s6

If you use touchwiz after using cyanogen your going to want to jump off a building.

If you must switch, I wouldnt go with a samsung device. Although if you break your opo your going to break any other smartphone by treating it the same way.. The warrenty wont cover damaging the phone yourself no matter who made the phone.

No reply in a month is kinda ridiculous. Just go for the s6, I'm picking one up myself on Friday

Expect a lot of too expensive OPO is better comments though...

Used to own a Note3 had no use for the S-pen and I wan't to go with something a little smaller now.
I have something of a problem I've had the Lg G3, Note3, Xperia Z3 and an Iphone 6+ in the last 12 months. Time for the S6 edge.

Use a case. OPO + 50 cases = still cheaper....although, the wait you are being put through is BS and I would jump ship if I was going through that nightmare. There are tons of other phones out there that are now competitive on specs and price.

htc has free screen replacement for the first 6 months. But yea, htc wont be a bad choice; sense is actually really good now

But does that cover a user breaking the screen? Its probably for bad pixels or defects of the screen.

Edit: Nvm i looked it up. Thats pretty cool of them

Is the customer service that bad..? Thought they recently tweeted about thei new department.

Hmm if this is the case I shouldn't be relying on this handset as my primary device.

    Poor show #oneplus
