I would say just be a little bit more patient about your One. From the other side, i would say OnePlus Two. I think in June or July, it will release ;)

Keep in mind that if you are a modification lover like stuff of custom roms, mods, root e.t.c, with a Galaxy you will lose your warranty if you just even root it.

However the choice ia yours. You know your patience better. I just saying my opinion. Good luck ;)

If my OnePlus One dies I'll probably jump to a newer phone now. The phone isn't as cutting edge anymore. I've also had a lot of trouble getting a company to insure my OnePlus for accidental damage.

dear god, how can people break their phones so easily? I got 6 phones in my drawer, all of them in great condition. Never had a case, I do use tempered glass, but I never had to replace them. I use my phone heavily, even dropped it a few times, still doesn't break.

So, my question is, what the damn hell do you guys do to break your phones all god damn time?

The metal-like border at the bottom. It doesn't fit with the screen.

well technically oneplus have no obligation to repair a broken phone through fault of the user. why not fix it yourself, all the parts are available online. doesnt take a phd to repair a phone.. mine helps though haha.

One time I was fixing a computer on a table. I was holding a large flashlight and I set it down standing upright. A few seconds later i bumped it (the flashlight) and it fell onto my GS2 skyrocket (also on the table) and it destroyed the screen and touch sensor. Had to pay the insurace to at&t to get a new one. 199$

I was astounded at how easily the screen can crack. I never put a phone face up on a table anymore lol

I see the customer service ramp up commitment (since May 2014) to better support still has not been executed. One Plus...sell your device for more $$$$ so you can afford the basic luxuries of a company that wants to compete. Wow.
