OnePlus Q1 Installation (Amazon) via OnePlus 7T

    I've Purchased OnePlus TV Q1 from Amazon, It's been 5 days, Installation was supposed to happen on Same day of Delivery, I've been complaining Amazon From the day it got delivered, still no technician is Showed up.. This is Ridiculous.. + I can't open TV myself & install it as It Voids warranty/Replacement Policy, What Should I do now, I'm soo Frustrated!

    I've already done it, But Amazon people are saying It'll void Replacement Policy if Product turns out defective !

    I know it is Official, but Amazon is saying that If Opening Box without our Technician is going to result in Voiding Replacement/Return Policy !!

    Yea... Amazon's conditions are quite sketchy. For the products which have installation taken care by Amazon home Services, it's better to get installed by them. In case of any damage or missing parts, the replacement will be on the head of OnePlus and things might get messy over there.
    @BhuvanThakkar What reason is given by Amazon Executives for the delay?
