OnePlus Q1 stuck on boot loop via OnePlus 6

    The TV starts but doesnt completes its booting process. It comes to point where the OnePlus logo is shown but after that it reboots and again the same process is repeated. I couldn't get past the OnePlus logo. And this keep going on for hours, till I unplug the TV from the power socket. Please help. I am facing this problem since last week. I registered a repair request but its been more than a week but still no serviceman has been assigned to my case.
    Please help.

    Try this method to access recovery settings and do a factory reset. Hope it resolves your issue. Also share your service Id, will escalate it to the team.

    I'm trying doing it but it seems that it is not responding to it. I think the TV model you've shared is Q1 Pro and mine is just Q1. I dont know if there is difference and thats why it is not responding to the instructions. However, I'll keep trying. See if there's something else you can help me with. I've shared my ref. Id as well.

    The recovery mode option is same for all the Q and U variants. You need to keep the TV off first and press the Key combo I mentioned, not while powering off or while the screen is ON.
    Sure... will escalate your Case ID to the team.

    Ticket ID 1K27-43752PUSC01-6323542 / Same Problem/ Tried for resetting too/ but al in vain/ Now Cust Care arrange Changeable Technician to attend this issue. Definitely this update would have come for an extra income to the Company.

    If any one can help in resolution action apart, mentioned: pls let me know. Thanks.
