However from the first day itself I have been experiencing overheating issue. I have logged a complaint on 4th of November 2020 through OnePlus care app. Since from 6th of Nov. 20 I have been chasing with OnePlus customer care service desk but it is as unfortunate part that they used to give false hope every time. They have not been able to assigned to the technician even though 16 days past. They are also not responding over the mail. Such a poor service I have never ever experienced.
