ONEPLUS replacement process via OnePlus 3T

    2 days back i have sent my OnePlus 8 pro for replacement and today it was diagnosed by the engineer !

    i received the call from the engineer and he asked me what problems you are experiencing !

    i told him about black bar banding , color retention and all...

    his answer shocked me !

    1)for black bar he said it is IN-BUILT , seriously ??


    2) for color retention he says that you have enabled the advance color options in display settings that is amoled gamut !!! because of that the greys are changing to greens and all !!

    this is Highly unprofessional !

    guys recommend what should i do ??
    if someone has gone through this experience !!
