Oneplus Sercice Center, Indore is fraudulent

    I hope all the readers are doing well. It breaks my heart to have undergone such a bitter experience from a Oneplus team. I had given my Oneplus Buds for servicing by POD to the Indore service center. When I got them back after the "software update", I realized that the product was not mine. It was dirty and damaged. On top of that, when I connect it to my Oneplus 8T, it registered as a new product. The diaphragm of the buds was punctured and they were very dirty. When raised this via mail, I received no response even after 3 weeks. When talked to the call center, they asked me to wait for 24 hours but their 24 hours didn't finish for the last 2 weeks. I am a working professional and without my buds, I can't work efficiently in a WFH scenario. I am very disappointed with this careless behavior. Oneplus has definitely lost a promoter. I have used about 4-5 oneplus devices until now. But I have never faced such shitty service ever. I hope no one experiences such kind of service.

    The service center experience of many shows what OnePlus is paying.

    That's what happens when a company takes all its profits and plunders it in hyped up marketing and avoidable partnerships. Nothing remains for hiring people with some minimum acceptable standards.
