abhijit2612_ , via OnePlus Community App , Jan 26, 2022 : Hello everyone, I sent my device for repair under warranty to OnePlus service center on 21st Dec, 2021 and it has been more than one month, they still not repaired my device. I am tired of waiting and i raised complaints many times to them and they always ask me to wait for another 3-4 days. Now I am asking to pay the compensation because they unsatisfied me by delaying the repair. If they don't pay the compensation, I am gonna file a case to OnePlus under Consumer Protection Law of delaying repair and customer unsatisfaction.
