Where is the new update for the 7T? Last security patch was November 2019. It was advertised as every other month patches. Just looking for an update...

I'm done with OnePlus, my OP5 cannot use AndroidAuto due to their bug with USB data transfer and there is most likely no new release coming since they don't support them anymore. Ton of people in the same shoes.

Why would I risk buying a new OP phone and be in the same situation in 2 years when I find out a major feature isn't working properly and won't get fixed? Hell no, enjoy your "Never Settle" bs, I'm out.

    Hi Xiaomi!

Never had a Pixel but I have had every other brand that you can get on the USA and I have used Androids, Windows and Blackberries. Never had an Iphone because they are too restrictive but I have used every major brand and I went from a Samsung Galaxy S10+ to the OnePlus 7T and I am OnePlus for life. I love this phone. It is the best I have ever used, period.

I agree. I came from the S10+ to this phone, the 7T and I get much better battery life, even with heavy usage.

Just to let you know from a tech side, most people get a new phone every 2 years or so, give or take. You can not get a guarantee of 2 years of updates from any other company that I have ever heard of. I appreciate OnePlus guaranteeing 2 years of updates.

Sad to see that security isn't taken seriously with only 3 years of support for a device that could hold much longer. Disappointing.

And... no security updates from OP Team since january. I acquired OP device for the assurance of security patches, and warranty. All the people whom I talked to about OP, told me that the updates were frequent and fluent...
Ok. We're under COVID-19 situation, but a great part of TI employees, are under remote working... other companies, like Realme, Oppo, Xiaomi... even Samsung, are deploying the security updates for their devices.
This is totally annoying... dissapointed 100% with the OP Team support.
