So what you're saying is is that it'll be good. I'm sure it'll be a nice tv, but I remember lots of advertisements saying OnePlus phones took amazing pictures. The OP5T had some technology that merged 4 pixels together or something of the sort that didn't end up producing great pictures. Here's to hoping this device lives up to the hype because it does sound good. I'm on the mobile app - pretend there's a happy face emoji or something similar :)

So... An expensive TV that's costlier than the Samsung Qled tvs with some marketing gimmicks.

I'll pass and stick with my 1080p samsung TV, it's good enough.

Looks like India market sucked you in different world.
Indeed, we searched for you when in HQ, Wes and me but you were invisible.

All the best for the launch, I am sure you are excited to see how this baby grows up.

Let's see how OnePlus holds up against Sonys & LGs of premium TV market.

Personally, I wouldn't even think of spending my hard earned money on some Chinese tech if I can get Sony & LG display which is proven best in TV market in same premium segment.

I know OnePlus TV will definitely have better smart features. But, the primary utility of TV is providing immersive viewing experience which I can bet OnePlus can't beat the premium brands in until & unless OnePlus is using the display bought from these brands in their TVs, no matter how premium they claim their TV to be.

Looking forward to the big reveal though.
