    we need it to be stable. issues i have faced:

    1. after every reboot system lost its smoothness feels like jerky it will take time to become smooth, lag and jerk free
    2. picture quality not stable at all pink color is dominated in youtube videos sometimes user needs to restart to get rid of this issue
    3. bluetooth stereo fired up unwillingly


    1. need picture quality consistent as we are using high end display we need to justify that display with software optimization
    2. OnePlus is for smoothness we lost that we need to figure out lag free and smooth user experience
    3. test regorously before releasing the update or appoint to more beta testers most of the people are ready to stable their devices like me, we will definately help in improvements

    Great to see that you guys are taking feedback for the customer satisfaction. But I feel that the survey does not cover many factors pertaining to Picture and Sound Quality, Installation Experience, After Sales support, Wallmount/Table top etc...

    yeah i am agree with this we need to add more fields and comment boxes for every field for detailed ratings what users are facing

    The wall mounting system causes difficulty to access the ports.
    My lg tv too had most of the ports behind but 1 each of USB, HDMI, headphones and few others where on the left for convenience.
    I hope oneplus can look into that

    Hi, I am 1+ 3t user and last week I bought OnePlus TV Q1. I am happy with overall quality but after using it for 2-3 days now I am seeing pink color tint while watching you tube videos intermittently and I have to restart tv or YouTube to fix it, this is spoiling overall experience. I hope this is software issue and some body from OnePlus TV team aware about it and actively working on fix!
    Please let me know any workaround or if I need to try anything to help fix this.

    I know its horrible but it happens very infrequently and fix after restart, apart from this issue I am happy with TV quality I hope this is software issue and this should get fix in next update!

    hey this is already addressed in other tag like OnePlus TV update tag can you please check the same on last 2 pages. i have faced the same issue posted on update on OnePlus forum and someone from OnePlus replied to that msg can you go there and check.

    guys.. i am still waiting for my TV replacement from Oneplus.

    my heart was broken when my tv screen suddenly cracked during watching with a sound.

    it's more than 10 days since i have complained to Oneplus customer service. they are definitely polite but nothing is moving forward.

    if possible please do look into this and get my tv replaced ASAP as i cannot see my Oneplus TV sitting idle in front of me.
