Problem is not the dongle situation.
The only reason why I'd need an adapter is to connect my phone to my sound system via 3.5mm, as it doesn't have Bluetooth. And maybe a car once or twice per year.

    I just don't see...
    A) why they would not provide it in the box, given the hefty price tag and the low cost of the adapter. I don't know the margins that they operate on, and saving 1€ per phone means more profit in the millions. Still, I don't feel that it's too customer-centric.
    B) why they would not do everything to always have it in store. It's been sold out for weeks in some regions, I've heard.
    C) why they would charge 7 or 20(!) bucks for shipping an 8€ product - with the 20€(!) priority option picked as the standard (!). Here, the adapter is not on Amazon, no other stores as well. So, suddenly, this little piece of rubber and cables will set you back something between 15 and 30€. What. The. F. That's 100% bad user experience.

I fully support the TV project, I support the brand.
I just cannot take ANYTHING about "muh community muh our fans muh we are listening" seriously anymore.
The pricing, the options (no 8/128 7 Pro), the little details like pre-picked 20€ priority shipping, are not things that makes this company feel like a user-driven company anymore.
I'm already looking forward for some weird stuff happening to the TV - be it a remote for 10€ that you'll need to place an extra order for, a T version that has things aboard that have been ready when the standard version came etc. And, of course, even more cheesy marketing posts where they pledge to be customer-driven.

Good luck with the TV nonetheless. If it's great, I'll be among the first people to buy it, once available in Europe.

Not including adaptor/dongle is just bad as it is and they justify that it was to keep the costs down was more bs
You have to click on notify me and buy it whenever it becomes available. That is what I was told
