    Display gone in 7months. Nothing showing on screen and no help at all from the customer service. Been 10days

    Bought Onepluss Q155 on launch date. Display gone. No support at all from customer service. TV life is concerning and lack of support is adding to the nightmare

    trying to get help from the service center has become my daily routine. The only help I get is to wait for 24hrs and the next day continues. Don't know when this ordeal will get over or will it not

    Found a temp fix. Reset the TV without the display and it works till we don't put it off. Hopefully, someone in one plus knows what the issue is. Anyone else having the same issue can try this.

    It was definitely a task. Took screenshots for each screen from my connect app and then navigating on the TV by counting the steps.

    looks like TV has high level of emotional intelligence. Turns on only when in mood and again no display at times. At mercy of this new innovation.

    That's really commendable and sorry to hear that the service is not provided yet. Are you in Red Zone? What's the reason given for delayed service?

    Thank you for hearing me out. Looks like my area is still under lockdown however there are other services still coming at the doorstep. I am not expecting one plus engineer to come until its safe however at least hoping for a concrete response on whether they are checking or what is happening. The only response I get is waiting for 24hours and after that no response. When I follow up again they ask to wait for 24hrs. Really feeling helpless now. I am sure this bug will be with many users and one plus should look into this before things go out of control
