OnePlus TV warranty claim via OnePlus Community App

    I have purchased a OnePlus TV 43 inch in October 2021. It got a screen issue on December 10th. I have raised a warranty claim on December 15th. It's been one and half month and ididnt get any resolution from OnePlus. I have called to you customer care more than 10times by now. But i did not get even a single resolution. Everyone of your customer care people is saying me to wait 3 to 5 business days. Till now 35 business days passed like this. Iam fed up with your bloody service. Please find me a solution

    Hi,
    This is a user forum and OnePlus won't be responding to your complaint. The service for the TV is indeed very slow and changing of displays have been taking too much time as many other users shared the same thing.

    You can share your complaint ID, so that I can use the escalation channel of the forum and take it to them. Hopefully they resolve it soon.
