    There is no team here, just users. Please raise a service request for the TV using the OnePlus Care app. We are users like you and cannot do anything for this issue.

    Hey do share a screenshot/recording of it if you can.
    Also, is it happening while using Android TV App or Set Top Box content? If it's Set Top box, then HDMI could be a reason too.

    Q1 series not able to connect tatasky binge always when switch on TV always needs to select input, directly not booting with tatasky
    Really not sure sometimes its boot with tatasky and sometimes it's goes normal window

    Hey,
    Because the Q1 Series has a feature called "Input Source Memory" that restarts/awakes the TV in the last used Input Source. Be it Set Top Box or Home Screen. So if you turnoff/sleep TV while using Set Top Box (Without pressing Home), it will start back in Tata Sky only.
    Hope this clarifies your confusion.

    Hi,
    My new Y series has the same problem.Color banding on the left side of the screen.Their service is really poor in my city.Have been trying to raise a service request.They cancel it every time I raise one without giving any explanation.Dont know weather it is a bug or hardware issue.

    Hi Team
    recently purchased Q1 TV , i have observed several bugs not able to connect to Tatasky bing setup of box its not loading ON while boot checked all settings still not working
    most of the time Q1 TV not displaying input option on screen when switch on TV
    watching TV getting over heating less than 1 hour
    audio also not sync with apps except youtube app able to get dolby output rest of all apps no effect
