I got my OnePlus2 on tuesday and the touch reacts very laggy (or somtimes not) so i removed the new screen protector but doesnt work better, support ticket is open but no really response so i have to wait for two weeks to get remote help.
Can anyone tell me what i can test to be sure if its a software or hardware problem.

My OnePlus One works fine so my fingers wont be the problem ;)

    regards Martin

queeze the display a bit on some touch responsive test bench, like 10 finger testing apps and see how it reacts. the last thing i'd try would be complete wipe and rom flash

had already cleared and wiped without success, the problem was present on first power on moment as i told the op support, but they told me to clear and wipe what i´ve done, after that procedure no change.
which app i can test a 10 finger touch test?

Just touchscreen test but i think there might be one under engineering mode (dial *#808#*)

I had the same issue on my OP2, and the solution was replacing the phone.
The replacement device works great, havent had any issues yet.
Here is how you can test your touch screen as per CS instructions:
"Please dial *#808# in dial board of your phone. You should move into manual test. Then please do touchscreen test. Please let me know if your phone can work normal in such condition. If not, it should be a hardware issue."

If you draw nice and curvy lines but sometimes the screen registers straight lines connecting points where your fingers have swiped then it is a screen problem and the phone must be RMA'd.

    Good luck!

    i´ve tried TouchScreen test
    HandWriting - looks fine
TouchScreen_Verification Point and Line - most looks fine
    TouchScreen auto test - PASS

as for example when i wanna dial a number klick on some website or write a text eg sms about 20% of my finger taps were not recognised.

the "system" buttons (screens, home and back) always works fine

i´ve redone the handwriting test and then i see some lags but they look like system hung - is there any feature or option to see how the cpu and gpu load is?

Then it doesn't sound like a hardware issue, you can always reflash the rom instead of just clearing cache now since it sounds software related.

is there any manual available howto reflash the rom?
i´ve already downloaded all support files (some GByte big)

Guys.. I received my oneplus 2 in top shape but 2 days down the line my fingerprint scanner/home button stopped working.. Like it isn't even responding in the add fingerprint option.. I cleaned it but the problem persists.. Is this a software issue or should I put my phone in for replacement.. Please guide me..

Some news, i´ve had the remote session, problem for touch was the OTA so they did a full rom install to 2.1.1, it was much better bute at least the OTA to 2.1.2 solved this problem - and create others ;)

    Hi guys, new here :)

Reading about the unresponsive screens, could it be that the OP2 screen is slightly (ever so slightly) warped?
I noticed my display wasn't completely flat when I seen the reflection of, say the edge of a door, or something that is flat but appears distorted on the reflection on the OP2.

Does anyone else have a slightly concaved/warped/not entirely flat mirror like reflection on their OP2? Or is it just me? :(
