The 1 and 2 are preloaded features.... Everyone gets them

1 is because of 810 Snapdragon
2 is because of mono speaker(right side)

Firstly, if you had updated to the recent OTA updates, then you must not face the heating issue....
I only felt warm at the aluminium part and little warm at the back when watching HD videos, continuous browsing... But its not too heating... Another notable point is that the way the device cools down is really mind boggling..

Yes I am also disappointed with the speakers...

    To some extent...
They are trying to undercloak the processor with best performance matching...

My device gets a little bit warm while playing games on the back and the aluminium part. Other than that the device is working properly.

Don't make much of an issue for the temperature rise. All the top end phones heat up under fair usage.
Don't capsize for this heating issue stereotype!

if we start considering these things then in this price range all the phones are same. OP2 still has upper hand

im not making an issue, its just that oneplus should know their customers problems so that they can have a proper update about the problems regarding customers have - its simple, "to change something,u need to do something" AND its better than not creating any ISSUE :)

Forget heating, my phone doesn't even get warm. 3G, Wifi, youtube, apps, long calls.. All done. Just one thing though, I have't started gaming yet.

By speaker you only mean the loud speaker or earpiece volume is also low(i.e. while making call is the volume low ) ?

Just check the user reviews of phones available on the net for purchase , you can see major chunk of complaints regarding any phone is the heating issues especially the ones with SD 615 series processors.
