OnePlus Two ordered 10 Sept STILL hasn't even shipped Sep 22, 2015

Same! Ordered 9/10, mid USA. No updates and service says wait. I think the only posts I've had on this forum are about my order not being shipped. Insane!

If you order more accessories it takes longer. I ordered just the phone on the 18th early morning and it is due to come today or tomorrow the 23rd

I'm sorry to hear this is the case for you. I got mine fairly fast in the states and it shipped from China. Keep us updated. Have you contacted support?

Mine took three days!!! I ordered it at tuesday and it was in my PO Box on Friday (fast shipping - shipped from UK to Switzerland).
Edit: I also ordere two style swap a screen protector and the translucent gray case

Yeah, but I ordered mine on the 16th and got it yesterday shipped from China. I didn't order any accessories and I have heard numerous people say that accessories add to shipping time. Not sure this is true, but it possibly could.

I ordered my phone on 9/11 with swap cover, tempered glass & power bank.

The Powerbank slows down the shipment wish i knew that

If they cared about customer service & experience they would ship the phone and later ship the power bank. OR they should warn you about the delays when you add the power bank to cart. Same boat with my order that includes a power bank. Support only says they have a lot of demand (wont even tell WHY the shipment was delayed).

I guess One Plus != customer experience.
