    Chicken Masala-wrapped Soft-boiled Eggs

    Ingredients for 5 serving:
    1. 6 eggs, divided
    2. ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breast(300 g)
    3. 1 onion, peeled and quartered
    4. 2 cloves garlic
    5. ¼ cup ginger(10 g), peeled
    6. 1 teaspoon cumin
    7. 1 teaspoon chili powder
    8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
    9. 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
    10. ¾ cup flour(100 g)
    11. 1 cup breadcrumb(100 g)
    12. 4 cups vegetable oil(1 L), for frying
    Procedure:
    1. Boil 5 eggs in boiling water for 5 minutes. Immediately transfer eggs to an ice water bath to cool. This will prevent the eggs from cooking further and will ensure a nice soft-boiled egg.
    2. In a food processor, combine the chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, chilli powder, garam masala, and coriander, and blend.
    3. Peel the eggs.
    4. Press out the chicken mixture into 5 patties, roll the eggs in flour and wrap the patty around.
    5. Whisk the remaining eggs together.
    6. Roll the chicken-wrapped egg in flour, then egg wash, and finish in breadcrumbs. Repeat for each egg.
    7. Heat oil to 170˚C (325˚F) and fry each egg for about 5 minutes, until golden brown on all sides.
    8. Serve hot or cold!

    बनाने की सामग्री: Ingredients to make Shahi Soya Badi:

    250 ग्राम सोया बड़ी 250 gram Soya chunks
    2 बड़े चम्मच क्रीम 2 Large spoon of cream

    सब्जियाँ: (Vegetables)
    1 बड़ा बारीक कटे प्याज 1 large finely chopped onion
    1 बड़ा कटा टमाटर 1 large finely chopped potato
    2 छोटी हरी मिर्च 2 small green chilli
    1 छोटी शिमला मिर्च 1 small capsicum
    थोड़ी घिसी हुई अदरक little grated ginger
    4-5 लहसुन की कलियाँ 4-5 garlic piece
    1 चम्मच नींबू का रस 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    थोड़ा हरा धनिया little Green Coriander

    सूखा मसाला तैयार करने के लिए: (Making Dry roast spices)
    1 चम्मच साबूत धनिया 1 Ts Whole Coriander
    1 टुकड़ा दालचीनी 1 piece cinnamon
    2-3 हरी इलाइची 2-3 green cardamom
    2-3 लौंग 2-3 cloves
    1 टुकड़ा तेज पत्ता 1 bay leaf
    1 सूखी लाल मिर्च 1 dry red chilli

    अन्य मसाले: (Other Spices)
    1 चम्मच राई 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
    2 चम्मच लाल मिर्च 2 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
    1 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर 1 Ts Coriander powder
    1 चम्मच जीरा पाउडर 1 Ts Cumin powder
    1 चम्मच हल्दी 1 Ts Turmeric powder
    1 चम्मच साबूत जीरा 1 Ts Whole cumin
    नमक स्वादानुसार Salt as per taste
    1 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च 1 Ts Kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 चम्मच अमचूर 1 tablespoon dried mango powder
    1 चम्मच कसूरी मेथी 1 Ts Kasuri Methi

    Process of making:

    First Soya chunks needs to be boiled in water for at least 15 minutes till they become soft and boiled. after boiling them, wash them with cold water and keep aside. in a pan, dry roast the spices as mentioned above for 1-2 minutes and then grind them in a mixer along with ginger, garlic. keep this dry spices mix aside. Now, grind the onion, capsicum and green chilly and make a paste. similarly, make a paste of tomato also.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and add cumin seeds along with heeng (asafoetida). Add the dry spices that we roasted. cook for 2 minutes and then add the paste of onion and chilly. cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add the tomato puree now and add the other spices as above. Now, cover the pan for 5 minutes and cook on medium flame. after 5 minutes add the boiled soya chunks and mix the cooked gravy with chunks well. 2 minutes later, add the cream and half glass of water, stir well and cover the lid for 2 minutes. after 2 minutes, remove the pan from flame.

    serve the shahi soya badi with coriander and mint leaves. They goes very well with chapati, tandoori roti or naan.

    प्रयोग में ली जाने वाली सामग्री
    ingredients:
    ओट्स एक कटोरी (One Medium bowl White Oats)
    घी तीन चम्मच ( 3 Tablespoon Ghee -Butter)
    ग्रेटेड गाजर दो (2 Grated Red carrots)
    चीनी चार चम्मच ( 4 Tablespoon Sugar)
    मावा आधा कटोरी (half bowl Milk Solid/Milk Powder/ Thick Custard - Anyone of these)
    मिल्क एक कटोरी (1 Small bowl Milk)
    Coconut and nuts for garnishing

    Process of making:

    Heat the Pan,add 2 Ts Ghee (Butter) and add oats, cook on medium flame for 3 Minutes. Remove Oats from pan and keep aside. now again heat the pan, add 1 Ts Butter ,add milk....let the milk heat, and then add carrots, cook for 7-8 minutes until it gets thick, keep flame medium. Once it thickens, add cooked oats, stir continuously until milk dries up, add Milk solid and mix well for another 2 minutes. In last , add sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off flame and garnish with coconut and nuts.

    During whole process keep flame low to medium.

    serving suggestion: serve Hot with nuts.

    2cops mida, ghee 1/4th cup, pinch of baking soda and hot water to make a smooth dough and make a chapathi big and thin size and brush ghee to the chapathi and role it, then cut 1inch pieces and role the pieces and deep fry . in between the process 4 cups of sugar is used to make sugar syrup add ilachi powder. now the kaja pieces turn golden brown then we have to put all the pieces into sugar syrup and soak those for ten minutes then the juicy and crunchy madata kaja recipe is ready to eat .

    I didn't really increase my cooking abilities in the quarantine, but I'll share the thing I can cook in perfection:
    Student Pasta
    1. Boil Water ( so much that it covers the pasta later)
    2. Add salt, bit less then a tea spoon in my Experience.
    3. Add pasta I use half a package, that is for two plates.
    4. Let them boil until they get soft, as you like it. For spaghetti you can throw one at a wall/tiles and it it sticks it is ready
    5. Remove water, put pasta on your plate and enjoy with some ketchup

    Great that you all have good recipes, I'll try some :)

    Ketchup gets boring quite fast. As alternatives I have some fungi tomato sauce (it doesn't taste like fungi at all), canned tuna or pesto. :)

    - Makeshift stragonoff (loads of cream, canned mushrooms, chicken or turkey instead of beef)
    - Makeshift carbonara (loads of cream, no egg)

    Choco Banana Walnut Cake

    Ingredients: (serves 3-4)

    • 2 Bananas (sliced)
    • 3/4th cup Sugar
    • 1/2 cup Olive/Refined Oil
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1 tsp Vinegar
    • 1.5 cups Plain Flour (Maida)
    • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
    • 2/3 tbsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 tbsp Baking Soda
    • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 cup Water
    • 3 pcs Walnuts / chocochips

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    - Firstly, mix the sliced bananas with sugar, and blend it to make a smooth banana puree.
    - Add 1/2 cup Oil, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract and 1 tsp Vinegar to the puree.
    - Whisk well until it becomes well combined.
    - Now, place a sieve and add 1 cup Plain Flour (Maida), 1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 2/3 tbsp Baking Powder and 1/2 tbsp Baking Soda and 1/4 tbsp Kosher Salt.
    - Further, add 1/2 cup of water to it.
    - Mix well using cut and fold method using a spatula.
    - Mix to a thick cake Batter.
    - Take a Microwave safe bowl(or, in a tin if baking in an Oven).
    - Grease the bowl with oil or ghee (Using a greased butter paper is preferred, after greasing).
    - Transfer the batter to the bowl.
    - Finally, add Walnuts to it.
    - In Microwave, heat it till 8 minutes.
    - Check with a knife or toothpick, if it’s completely baked.
    - Further, allow the cake to cool completely and cut it into slices.

    Chicken 1 kilogram

    Basmati Rice 500 grams

    Milk 1/2 cup

    Oil 3/4 cup

    Onions sliced 3 large

    Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

    Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

    Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

    Salt to taste

    Fresh mint leaves 1 cup

    coriander leaves chopped1 cup

    Lemon juice 2 tablespoon

    Green chillies finely chopped3

    Yogurt 2 cups

    Cloves 7

    Bay leaves 2

    Green cardamoms 5

    Cinnamon 1 Stick

    Saffron (kesar) 8-10 strands

    Ghee 2 tablespoons


    Step 1

    Soak the saffron strands in milk. Set aside. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the onions till brown. Drain on an absorbent paper.

    Step 2

    Grind coarsely.Add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, half of the mint , half of the coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chillies, fried onions, yogurt and the oil in which onions are fried and salt to the chicken. Mix well.

    Step 3

    Set aside to marinate for two hours. Heat a non stick pan. Add chicken along with marinade and cook on medium heat till chicken is tender.

    Step 4

    Boil water in a deep pan. Add cloves, bay leaves, cardamoms, cinnamon.

    Step 5

    Add salt and rice. Cook till rice is one third done. Drain and spread on a plate.

    Step 6

    Put ghee at the base of a non stick deep pan. Spread half of the cooked rice.

    Step 7

    Spread the cooked chicken evenly on the rice layer. Cover the chicken layer with remaining rice.

    Step 8

    Sprinkle saffron-milk mixture, remaining mint, coriander leaves. Cover with a lid and.

    Step 9

    Put tawa underneath the pan and simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes.

    Step 10

    Serve hot.
