    Challenge accepted.

    I want to share my pasta favourite recipe. It's not for sure under 30 minutes, but the result is fantastic.

    250 g Lasagne sheet
    250 g Ground beef
    250 g Sausage
    500 ml Tomato sauce
    500 ml Milk
    50 g Flour
    50 g Butter
    100 g Parmigiano cheese
    1 Shallot (or onion)
    1 Tomato paste
    White wine
    Extra virgin olive oil

    First, do besciamella:
    Put the butter in a saucepan and put it on the fire. When the butter has melted, add the flour and mix vigorously so that no lumps form. Cook for 2 minutes until it starts to brown then pour all the cold milk continuing to stir.
    Lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes, continuing to stir to prevent lumps from forming. Add a grated nutmeg, salt and pepper if you like.

    Then, the stuffing. Brown the shallot in a casserole with some olive oil, add the ground beef and the shelled sausage and removed from the casing, add the salt and cook for 10 minutes. Deglaze with the white wine then add the spoonful of tomato paste. Cook another 10 minutesa and then turn off the heat and let cool.

    Add some water in a pot and when it boils, add some salt and the cook the lasagna sheets. The timing should be printend on the package, should be arount 7-8 minutes. Gently remove the pasta from water, let cool a while and then cut them to have rectangles of pasta.

    Once you have all the rectangles, put the chilled meat to fill the pasta and make a roll. Don't put too much meat, the roll must be full but the filling must not come out

    Put a few spoons of bechamel on the bottom of a baking dish and lace the rolls lined up. Put a layer of besciamella sauce and tomato sauce on top of the cannelloni, with grated Parmigiano.

    Bake the cannelloni in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 25 minutes. Remove then from the oven and wait a few minutes before serving.

    Hope you enjoy this delightful dish!

    I know that everyone is waiting for a croquetas recipe... Aren't you? But before that, let's start with some desserts :cool:.

    Yes, two, that you'll be able to do both in 30 mins!! Tho you'll have to let them wait a bits before taking some bits :D.

    Let's start drooling :rolleyes:

    Lemon mousse
    Photo and recipe by me :cool:

    - Two lemons (Duh!)
    - Six natural yoghurts
    - 250gr of condensed milk (a bits more if you wanna eat a spoon of it before the mix... Totally recommended.)

    First of all put all yoghurts in a bowl, add the condensed milk and mix it with a blender or a whisk, we want some bubbles in there for fluffiness!!

    Grate the lemons, add it to the mix, you can reserve a bits for decoration, and then make juice with them! (If life gives you lemons... Oh, sorry not here :rolleyes:).

    Mix everything until you have a beautiful homogeneous creamy deliciousness and distribute it in individual glasses/cups/anything you have, and reserve it in the fridge for some hours, at least 5 ideally.

    Quick and easy right? Around 10 mins, more or less... What can we do in the 20 mins we still need to wait? Of course, another easy, surprising sweet thing.

    Chocolate rocks
    Photo and recipe by David Pallás, a chocolate Master!

    - 250gr of Chocolate, minimum 70% cacao
    - 150gr of unflavored salty bag chips.
    - Maldon sea salt (if you have and want)

    Divide the chocolate and melt it, ideally in a crystal bowl, on top of boiling water. You can use the microwave too but be careful not to burn it. Meanwhile grab that bag of chips, open it a tiny bits, and smash them with you hands, incredibly pleasant and releasing process.

    Put the tiny chips in a bowl, add the melted chocolate, better if it's not too hot, and mix it. Grab two spoons and make tiny mountains on a parchment paper. Before the chocolate "unmelts" add a tiny salt flake on top of each one.

    I know this can sound weird... But it tastes IN-CRE-DI-BLE!!! It's a really surprising flavor, and whomever tries it not knowing it's chips, they will have a hard time guessing. You can also do it with cereals, nuts, cashews, other kinds of chocolate...

    Enjoy!!! :D:cool:

    280 gr di pasta (calamarata)
    * 200 gr di guanciale
    * 40 gr di pistacchi ( sgusciati)
    * 10 gr di di basilico ( foglie)
    * 20 ml di olio
    * 40 gr di pecorino o parmigiano reggiano
    * Pepe nero

    Put the washed and dried basil, pistachios, pecorino cheese and oil in a mixer. Operate the mixer to obtain a granular mixture. At this point add a ladle of water (if you want it green on, I recommend adding cold water and an ice cube) then blend several times until the cream is obtained. store it.

    put the pasta in unsalted water, then in a pan melt the bacon over low heat for 8/9 minutes, when it has released its fat, move it from the pan and remove most of the fat, leaving only a little, add to the fat that you left some ground black pepper.

    Remove the pasta when it remains hard in the right size, then finish cooking the pasta in a pan by adding a ladle (not full) of water. Now turn off the heat and add the pistachio cream with the bacon and mix.
