Was excited but now, no. RTOS? Why? What of watch faces? You guys building those too like the Apple watch? AND Not ready for IPhone but will be possibly in the future? Yes I'm a bit jaded. I remember a promise made by Samsung about the Active 2 watch. It was supposed to have ECG in first quarter 2020. Here is it 2021, it still isn't there.
Look, this watch is really ready to be released to the public. My vote is to just wait.

No you will not. AOD is a must have feature. I promise you. And where did you get 50 percent from?

AOD should definitely be added as an option. Then let the users decide if they value the extra battery life over the AOD.

Spotify support? Since the fitness tracking capabilities of this watch are being highlighted - music player support should be a high priority.

It's understandable that battery life is a big issue. But I think it may have been given too much priority. 14 days is a bit excessive. 3-5 is plenty. The fast charging capability also reduces the need for 14 days.

No NFC support? I'm guessing because the watch won't support Google Pay/Samsung Pay? No need for NFC without mobile pay support.

AOD is pretty important. If the battery is lowered by a week from 2 weeks, that's fine with me. Allowing for AOD dimming levels could help extend battery as well. I think giving users an option for AOD with different settings would be a great option for those that use it. Even Apple Watch has AOD finally.

Thanks, looking forward to getting the watch!

For now I'm guessing that buttons will be from same material as case... So stainless steel. For allergic purposes they made cobalt special edition, but for now not informations about when it will be available.

@Raymond Z. Please change the words "Smart Everywhere" translated in Greek on the main page of the product. The translation is kind of ridiculous.

I am curious though about what watches have the capability to listen to Spotify without the phone connected, unless it was maybe an LTE capable watch.

Samsung Watches for example. You can download music from your Spotify to your watch and listen to it offline. So basically you can have your Spotify songs while jogging outside without needing your phone.

If the watch was 300$ instead of 150$ I would buy it* samsung is 400$ and I know that's a lot of money but you get ecg oxegen reading LTE and bluetooth Better screen and A whole dial that rotates "rotating dial" and even just nice quality sport silicone bands and leather as well at nicer buttons and look. And everything with tougher glass and warranty for 4 years*. Now look at Oneplus and think again on how cheap this company is in 2021* :)
