You can always go for a third party straps through Amazon or any such sites, which as mentioned any normal 22mm for smart watch would help you choose from a variety of straps ranging from casual to ultra formals.

My question is! Will there be a difference between watches technologically and in particular in Cobalt Limited Edition.

I know that Google's Wear OS is fundamentally flawed, but it's improving with time and most importantly, it can support all the apps on playstore.
I hope that the future iterations can come with Wear OS.

I don't think that RTOS natively supports Google playstore or third party apps. I'm aware of the large RAM usage that comes with Wear OS, but one has to admit, that It definitely makes switching between android platform on different devices look seamless.

I'm assuming that the three chip combination can improve data collection but I seriously doubt if it can reduce the power consumption. Logic dictates that it should be the other way around, but I'm really hoping that I'll be proven wrong.

Either way I would have liked to see Qualcomm Snapdragon 4100 plus platform for wearables on this device.
I'm looking forward to Tic watch pro 4, when it comes out.

At this price point, I don't mind not having ECG or other high end features that Apple watch offers, but a reliable OS and hardware is a must.

Also, I can't stress this enough, please let us have an Apple watch like rotating dial- Having used it, I'm at a loss for words when it comes to describing how smooth & buttery it feels to use it.

Something OnePlus watch 2 should have.

On a side note, MI band 6, which launched today in China, does almost everything (even has Spo2 tracker) that OnePlus watch does and costs way less (50$ for the NFC Variant, 40$ for the standard).
It'll be nice to see how OnePlus watch fares against this, as MI band is the most popular band/fitness tracker in India & Mainland China (Two of the key markets for OnePlus).

Another important point needs to be answered is whether OnePlus watch (normal edition) has any protection at front? Unlike the cobalt edition which has scratch resistant sapphire glass protection!

Internally no difference, but externally few changes are there like cobalt body, sapphire scratch resistant protection at front!

*I doubt that it can happen like that! It's like asking to run Android on keypad phones ! They mentioned that wearOS sucks battery like crazy ,so they moved to RTOS!

AOD is a must for a smartwatch and users should b the one to choose about using it. Lacking AOD has been one of the major concerns of OnePlus phones, i think it's not so ideal to make the similar mistake with the smartwatch where the role of AOD is even higher.
    My FAQs:
    - Does OnePlus Watch have the ability to show navigational directions from Google Maps?? (like turn-by-turn assists, routes, distances & ETA)
    - Will the Cobalt Edition be available for purchase in India?
    - Protective Glass of normal edition? (as only the Cobalt edition comes with Sapphire glass)
    - Were the straps of normal edition compatible with Cobalt Edition dial?
