    Hey everyone,

    We're now rolling out the B.48 update for the OnePlus Watch. This update will be incremental. The OTA update will reach a small percentage of users first, and then we'll begin a broader rollout in the next few days.

    • Add Always-on Display dial*
    • Remote Control Camera function
    • Add Marathon workout
    • Improvements
      • Optimize system UI details
      • Fix known issues and improve system stability.
    *After Always-on Display dial is turned on, the screen remains constantly on. This will lead to increased power consumption. Battery life will be reduced by about half.

    Use tips:
    • Long press on the watch face to enter the watch face editing mode
    Please make sure that the power of the watch is more than 40% before upgrading;
    Please keep your watch and mobile phone close and keep the Bluetooth connection during the upgrade process.

    We look forward to hearing your continued feedback in the comments below. In addition to OTA updates mentioned above, we will continue to work on software optimization to further improve the OnePlus Watch. Again, your suggestions and bug reports matter so much to us. If you have any comments on the OnePlus Watch or the OnePlus Health App user experience, please leave a comment in this thread.

    Fingers crossed. I hope I will be in this small percentage of users. I want to unbrick my watch.

    Hi, ich wäre darin interessiert, ob man die Uhr zum Schwimmen nutzen kann. Sie soll ja bis 5ATM wasserdicht sein, aber im Kleingedruckten klingt alles irgendwie anders. Das verwirrt mich. Ich würde mich sehr über eine ehrliche Antwort freuen. Hoffentlich macht man die Uhr nicht deswegen schnell kaputt. Es wäre schade drum. (auch keine Garantie auf Wasserschäden vorhanden)

    Interesting. Thanks for the information. On WearOS, there are two separate functions: the OS gives you the "always on" control, and each watch face determines what is displayed when the full display interval times out. For example, my favorite watch face on WearOS gives a choice between just the time and the full gamut of content that is shown when the watch is active, with the former consuming less battery. Is that display you've shown the same for all the watch faces on the OnePlus watch?

    For the moment, the only way is to use a watch face that displays in 12-hour format. To the best of my knowledge, at least as of the B.40 version, there is only one such watch face: the "Retro electronics/LCD (sport)" face. The ability to choose a 12-hour format for other watch faces is coming in a future update.

    Just got the watch today and love it so far. But just curious about watch face customisation. Will OnePlus add any feature where I can make my own watch face? And is there any chance of getting apps like Google assistant or Spotify? I understand it's rtos but what are the chances of getting access to certain 3rd party apps?
