Corium , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Jun 22, 2021 : Ich Heard from some where, that the watch is unavailable, because there were too many Problems with it, so oneplus stopped selling it to do a Hardware redesign. Do the Watches, that will be available soon, Match the New Design? Will people, who got the watches already be able to get theirs exchanged?

I really haven't heard many, if any, complaints about the hardware design; most comments I've seen said that the hardware was great but the software is limited and buggy. Unless many of those software bugs have their roots in hardware problems, it's hard to see why OnePlus would be seeking to replace the hardware at this point. (And even if they were, I'd be really surprised if they offered to replace the existing units.) My guess about the unavailability is simply that, after the devastating set of initial reviews, they figured there wouldn't be a lot of demand for them and just didn't want to invest in building inventory that they might well not be able to sell.
