    Hello I have a oneplus 7 pro and I just got the oneplus watch for Christmas present and I'm have big problems with the watch I have download the oneplus health app but it wont let me pairing the device. My watch won't even come onto the app is this a common problem or is it an issue with the watch I have rested my phone I have deleted the app and reinstall the app I have tires everything and northing is working is anyone else have this issue before I contact oneplus

    I've a Oneplus 9 pro and I tried pairing my Oneplus watch with it after installing the oneplus health app and I'm facing the same issues. Multiple retries have not helped. How do I get resolve this issue?

    I sent my watch back. I seen that oneplus Ireland had them back in store so I bought it from there and so far I have no ieuss working perfect.
