Liehjan , Jan 21, 2022 : Have you linked maps to your watch? Is watch connected to the phone? Have you activated navigation in google maps on phone? Remember the watch doesn't show map on screen. It just shows a left arrow or right arrow when it's time to turn.
wmm , Jan 22, 2022 : Have you enabled it in the OnePlus Health app? Manage tab, Device Settings, and you should see a toggle for Sync navigation info. You should then see the watch face replaced by the navigation interface shown in the photo by @Liehjan above when you're navigating using Google Maps on the phone.
