It worked for me, same version

But that's just an update of the widgets you already have and they don't change anything. Do you not have these 3 widgets already?

Oh i see. Did they just disappear or where they never there? If you go to settings>apps and notifications>see all apps> is the OnePlus widget app still there?
try this one, it's an another version then the one you tried

I've just deleted my OnePlus widget as well to test this and i could install both the APK you tried and the one i linked in this post and got the widgets back both times

Oh right, have you tried removing it from home screen and adding it again or resizing it? You can try clearing cache of the widget and a reboot too. You can also try to install the other version of the widget you tried to install the first time, just download and install it as an update over the version you already have now

That's the one i have and it shows the one in red

How did the widgets get deleted in the beginning? Did you delete them from the apps list in settings>apps and notifications? Or something in internal storage?

Ah, that's good to hear.👍 I was afraid a reset was going to be the only thing that would get i back to normal.

Ah, go to the play store, search for digital wellbeing and uninstall updates for it. After that tap the 3 dots in the top right corner and disable auto update (otherwise it'll just update again and it'll be misaligned again), and reboot the phone. It should look the way it supposed to look again.
