    I BOUGHT TWO ONEPLUS WIRELESS BULLETS Z FROM AMAZON GOT DELIVERED.. AFTER OPENING BOTH THE BOX I FOUND THIS DIFFERENCE.. NEVER SETTLE LOGO WAS NOT IN ONE BOX..!!
    DOES THE ONE WAS DUPLICATE ONE?

    SAME SELLER..!! SAME YEAR AND MONTH OF MANUFACTURING..!!

    BUT WHY THIS?

    Thanks for sharing. I also bought the Oneplus bullets Z but its not having "NEVER SETTLE" logo. I ordered from Oneplus official website. Awaiting any reply from the oneplus official regarding its originality.

    still i don get any update regarding this issue from oneplus..!! i went for replacement even though i got the same issue, it also came without never settle logo..!!

    I got the bullet z yesterday and it doesn't have the "NEVER SETTLE " logo either. Plus the quick pair doesn't work either. I have a 6T and the software is the updated version 10.3.3.
    I did the factory reset as well to re-check several times. and still nothing.
    the auto Play doesn't work as well. I need to manually start the music or video.
    I bought it off the OnePlus website. Are you sure this is the original merchandise?

    I got the earphones delivered yesterday from Amazon and it doesn't have the 'Never Settle' logo. I am using a OnePlus 7T and the quick pair didn't work for me and even the autoplay feature is not working after the earphones are seperated. Auto Pause is working fine. Please look into this.

    Mine auto play feature is working fine. You have to enable that feature by going to settings>sounds&vibration > earphone mode > auto play. You have enable this feature. Hope it works for you.

    Regarding the orgininality they have taken our feedback and said that they will get back to us asap, but still waiting for their reply its already 2 days gone. From this we can judge how worst the customer support of oneplus is.
