This is a good indicator that it's a software issue.

Funny thing is I never had this issue with my OPO using it with my Bluetooth activity tracker 24/7.

I agree. But how could one replicate this?
I am using bluetooth speakers, miband and miscale. And I don't have this issue.

Just on a side note: I do have an issue with using ipv6 on my accesspoint though.
I couldn't get DNSv6 resolving working properly. But this is a general Android problem.
Disabling ipv6 and my wifi is flying. People still having issues with even bluetooth disabled should try this.

Maybe @draconus has Oxygen installed on his OPO?
It would be interesting if he would install COS12.1 instead and see if the issue is gone.
It would point to an Oxygen bug then.

Seems like everyone is referring to the BT and WiFi 2.4Ghz bands interfering with one another

Same frequency therefore there are some interferences... Lack of WiFi 5ghz doesn't help

I found that the Wi-Fi and BT in my OPX are using the same MAC address. Would it be the reason?

(The MAC address of them in my Samsung tablet are slightly different)

After 3 months of everything working fine the dreaded bug is back. Luckily, my Moto 360 has wifi now so using that.

Same issue here with Oneplus X.
As soon as I turn on the BT to connect my Pebble, the WiFi dies.

When I use the same setup with a MotoG (v1), there're no issues.

My Win10 Tab also has no issues with BT and WiFi enabled at the same time.

Still no update? I have the same Bluetooth/Wi-Fi issue. I HAVE to turn off BT to use Wi-Fi. It's 2017, OnePlus does not support their early customers on their previous products, thanks. I won't have to think too hard with my next device purchase because OnePlus has made it SO clear for their customers. Support is so important to the customer base. I cannot recommend to family & friends the fine support

If you're on OOS 3.1.4, your only chance is to use custom roms to make it work...
