I drew this funny cartoon that I would share with everyone. Let me know what you think. It still drives me crazy that there has been little or no comment about the removal of bands 12 and 17. Does anyone know if there is a limitation to how many bands this processor can support? Do they need to pay qualcomm additional license fees to unlock these bands?

I wonder whether this technique (designed for the OPO) would work on the OPX, especially since they both have Snapdragon 801's.

I'm wondering whether some of it has to do with regulatory approval in some countries.

I hope someone tests this. That would be awesome. Thank you for sharing.

Received my OPX yesterday and only have 3G in NYC. I will likely be putting this phone on Ebay this week since its clear that OP has no intent of updating/upgrading for support.

My speeds here in the city are less than 1mb/s.

I actually a little pissed about this since my OPO was great in Asia, Australia, and NZ so I figured that the X, even if its budget, would still meet all the needs of a modern phone.
