    I wrote a pretty long email with screen shots and eveything to their complaints department.
    Also let them know that my clients use business accounts with them and this will all be take onboard . See what they come back with

    Not sure waht will happen.
    I havent gotten any confirmation or proof but took everyones names and also screen caps of conversations and also a screen cap of the fact i could supposedly click and collect from a store on Tott court road.
    I am actually not too hopeful of getting this phone before the weekend. I guess the only good thing is that I have abandoned all expectations now.

    Keep trying with the complaint. I made an official complaint about not being able to do a click and collect (still awaiting refund) and somewhat unbelievably it looks like I might get some financial compensation! o_O

    Actually, I went through the resolver.com site where my complaint message got sent to some O2 complaint email address (sorry don't know what) and got a personalised response within two days

    The cretins just sent me an email asking why I hadn't been to the store to pick up the phone! When I went to the phone they told me they'd sent it back!

    I've called customer 'service' who say the parcel is at the shop awaiting collection, despite the man in the shop telling me it has been returned!

    Would you believe it?

    I think it was "phone not delivered"

    I used Resolver up to the point where O2 wanted me to confirm my O2 password because the resolver return email address obviously isn't my registered address with them...then I switched to my own email

    Called Victoria store. They said that when I went to collect it last week they DID have it, it had not been sent straight back as I was told, but they couldn't let me take it as they had cancelled it in the system. Only today are they actually going to return it!

    I just got the cancellation email so I guess that was a lie last week.

    I'm fxxxxxxg fuming now.

    i dont know if i should laugh or not at that. that is really insane. its becoming comical.

    i have no confirmation email about my phone yet but did receive a bill :(

    Mine arrived at the store today.
    Brought my email confirmation along with my bank card I paid with...then the dude went.....I need id or another bank card...both of which I didnt have as the email stated...CONFIRMATION AND BANK CARD USED.

    Anyway, I now have it. **** me its good to have this phone back. Seriously shit hot phone

    Don't know why O2 stores are so shit .
    Over the last few years had several phones off them .
    Every time I have email confirmation etc . Still get no joy .
    ie . Phone not here etc
    Only by being persistent do they finally " see the light .
    BTW. In & around Bristol more stores have the Oneplus 3 in stock , than don't .
    Be warned ( only one per shop ) .
    I think staff hold onto certain phones for themselves or friends .
