OBT to Previous OBT rollback guide—via Local OTA update
    Note:
This upgrade method will erase all the contents of the phone, please be sure to backup first.

The Rollback build should be installed twice. In the first installation, it deletes a few system apps. So you must follow these steps twice to install it a second time.

I dont know what android version you are in now, but I downloaded and installed the version 11.0.1.1 and it seems like the bug has resolved, I don't have this issue now, and most of the bugs have been squashed in this update, but I dont know about wifi issues, because I could not test.

I too, am using 11.0.1.1.HD65AA and am still facing this issue, but not continuously. It occurs at a random point of time and corrects when I change refresh rate

Then try a hard reset and see it the problem goes away, the next beta version is under testing, maybe it will get solved for you then. I dont this issue now. So wait for the next update

I tried clearing cache. I am not that positive about resetting only because I'm concerned about my data. And yes clearing cache too didn't work. But if there is no way I'll definitely try resetting. Thanks for the info

I too didn't reset due to data because I dont have wifi In my place, but for your info I had charging issues like slow charging, where it would take atleast 1.5 hrs, now it solved by itself. So yours would do too. Cheers
