I think that speakers on the back of the phone aren't a good solution. You have to put the phone on the display to hear music. What about incoming messages or scratches?

Left overs parts from a big company, defective or poor quality parts. Or simply a scam

The description on their home page,
    "
The U1 re-introduces the ever familiar Home button to bring that warm, friendly, familiar feeling back into a smartphone experience.

When in doubt, you know that you're only one click away from being back Home."

Basically you bought an iPhone's home button on an android. Enough to hate you..

Their address in Germany is a PO Box and company is apparently Malaysian. I would take that phone with a grain of salt

Too cheap to be good, and Mediatek and "Flaship Killer" are two words that don't come together.

VERY nice--I would sincerely consider this. Except for the OPT.
They took a page out of the OPO advertising and design with the pencil drawings and curved backs and #slogan.
    Very attractive.
    Definitely needs published specs.

Yep, looks pretty fishy. No proper information about the company nor the guys behind it whatsoever.

So far seems like paying 200$/€ just for watching the renders of the phone with teary eyes from scam :D

edit: they have a facebook page as well and seem to interact with people, or it seems so far https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ono/323353111187575 . Anyways the very generic descriptions of hardware incline me to believe it'll be made from crappy hardware.

But maybe even my skepticism is to be taken with a grain of salt :)
