OOS 3.0 Battery behaving weird.. very weird! Apr 22, 2016

Okay so.. I had been facing battery issues on my op2 after dirty flashing. So I did a clean flash.

Started getting around 6 hours SOT.
Now I notice.
My battery shows fully charged when it's 92% or 96% or 98%.
And when I reboot my phone it goes down from 99% to 92% and shows that it's fully charged! Even the LED turns green. Here are some screenshots!
And when I plug out the power cord and then plug it in again, it starts charging, like in the third screen shot!
