OP 7T as a hard disk

    how can i connect and use my OP as a hard disk? meaning that I want to connect it by USB to my laptop and transfer my photos from the phone memory to my laptop

    Connect your device to the laptop. There'll be a notification pop up in the status bar something like "Default USB configuration". Select it, from the list of options, choose "File trasfer" option. You'll see a new disk drive in your My Computer tab on your laptop. Open it, and you'll have access to files of your phone to copy to and from.

    but I tried that before sending the post, it only opens up for me the OnePlus Drivers Files and does not let/allow me to see anything else

    it seems my OnePlus as a "CD Drive"

    Send a picture of the page before this one. That is the "My Computer/ This PC" tab's picture.

    make sure phone is unlocked, then look in you file manager (pc) and you should see both a cd and a drive labeled Oneplus
