    Hi guys,

I bought a One plus one 3 years ago, and it just passed away today.
When I try to start it, it just restart and restart freezing with the 1+ logo.

I guess it is dead, however I'd like to know if there is any way to extract its datas to my PC (pictures, videos etc...)

I've searched for a while on internet, however every solutions and software are made for android phones or iphone.

Anyone got a solution or a software working for one plus ?

Have you tried wiping the data/cache or performed a factory reset?
    I guess it's just a bootloop.
Try to boot up to recovery and try the ones I mentioned above.

    I've done nothing yet.
I'll try a factory reset with the fastboot mode, will I be able to recover my data if everything is deleted after the reset ?

If you can boot to TWRP you can adb pull your data, reset and then once it bootsup, restore
Edit: you have to do this before reset. After reset nothing can be recovered

Try wiping the cache first (boot into recovery) - this will not delete files in your internal storage.

If above won't succeed, try this:

    Thanks for your answers,
The low volume button + unlock button doesn't open the recovery mode, I can only get to the fastboot mode.
I'll just refill it (it has been restarting for a moment now, it's warm and I guess the batery is probably low), and I'll try to do this later.
To make is clearer, I have to install TWRP on my phone with my computer and ADB, I'll be able to extract my files, and then factory reboot it ?

Find the info on XDA. But make sure you do sufficient reading before you proceed. If you have a locked bootloader, This method won't help you to recover data as unlocking bootloader wipes all data. But might be able to save your device.

As first measure try cleaning the cache from recovery. If that doesn't work, proceed to TWRP way.

Note: Do your reading and do not blame us if anything goes wrong. As a matter of fact I do not have a OPO to guide you exactly but XDA should help you. XDA OPO page

This can also be a battery problem. Does the phone boot up while connected to charger?
