OP2 has overheat issues or not? The first temperature test is here!

    Here are the summary of OP2 temperature test (all in CELSIUS):

    • basic usage: max 34 degrees
    • web browsing: max 44 degrees
    • application running: max 43.7 degrees
    • hardcore usage: max 45.6 degrees

    However, still NOT as hot as One M9. Colder than HTC One M9

    45°c is absolutely warm.
    My nexus 5 would get to like 70°c with light gaming, so I will definitely be fine with any slight heat from the op2

    Well HTC said that the HTC M9 houses the newer version of Snapdragon 810 which is v2.1 so i think Oneplus 2 is not heating much as it is underclocked.

    thanks for the useful info!

    I just checked my ONE, 45C CPU temp after hours of idle and just installing a kernel tweaking app. battery 29C. CPU went down to 39 after a minute screen on doing nothing, room temp 28C, outside temp 42C ( just as a side note LOL
