    Hi Guys,

I understood OP2 (Europe A2003) has support for O2/GiffGaff's LTE, which is Band 20. However Can someone please confirm this, as my OP2 isn't currently working on LTE with GiffGaff.

    Thanks,

I did some checking and I've created a query with GiffGaff. They changed there Goodybags on the 2nd Sept to support 4G. Therefore if your renewed or purchased a normal package prior to this date it isn't 4G enabled.

I'm seeing what, if anything they can do, but I'll report back if I have more clarification.

I am having this issue also, half the reason I bought the new OP2 was because of increased band frequency support as I dislike being with EE due to signal/service issues

is there a way to find out that I definitely have the EU version of the phone that I should have? this is pretty concerning for me that it is not working

I tried using *#*#4636#*#* just to see the network preferred, I did notice that when it was in sim tray 2 I was not able to change this from GSM but I think that's because that phone testing menu doesn't recognise dual sim

However I have messed about trying to get it to work with no joy, if anyone knows how to help please do
