PLEASE - DO NOT BUY THE ORIGINAL SILICONE CASE! I went back and fourth with their support recently, after my OP2 silicone case just tore apart from normal use. In just few months! They finaly stated that it was a "normal wear". Just ridiculous low quality. Buy it, if you don't mind changing these every few months.

Providing the requested (attached pictures). Keep in mind the case started cracking without any abnormal physical abuse, just after a normal use of the phone. There are many negative reviews about it on Amazon, you might want to check those too.
I would not bother to contact you guys, but since I bought it from an official website, I expect a decent service after all.

Based on the pictures and your description, this is wear and tear via normal daily use. The conditions differ from case to case depending on the level of usage. Unfortunately, this is not covered by our warranty.
You can check out our accessories store and look at different flip cover and case options. Also if it's stain on the Styleswap Back Cover, it can be cleaned by wiping it gently with a damp cloth.
