    Specs or design?

And would a bad OP2 design stop you buying it even if it had the best specs?

Equally important. I wouldn't buy a phone I can't stand to look at even if it had the most awesome specs.

We already know most of the specs by now, its down to design for me as its the main unknown feature of the phone.

I think we're at a point where there's not much room to get better specs than other phones causing people to value design a lot more since it's the only significant difference and could be a deal breaker

Any of the current phones have more than enough horsepower and are actually overkill for 95% of what they are used for.

Optimize the software experience and battery life and make it feel good in hand.

Easy out is equally important but a choice between the two would be specs (with a good display). Covers and swaps can cover up design a little :). But we know OnePlus is going to do a great job of both :D

Rubbish looking phone? No thanks - too easy to find a good looking one.
Rubbish specs? No thanks - too easy to find a decent spec even on older or non-flagship phones.

So you have to have both.

I would say specs, but on the back of that I want a phone that I know is designed with a real person in mind, so it looks nice but can also handle the abuse we sometimes give our phones like the knocks, scrapes and the odd inevitable drop.

Good spec firstly, then a design that is tailored on USE not only to look cool.

it has to be balanced. everything good has to meet at an equilibrium. whats the post of high spec and unbearable design and amazing design with no fire-power?
