My OP 6t' s alert slider is loose. It's wobbly to touch. Doesn't feel solid as my previous OP devices. Is it normal?

+1 on that one. I have a 2.5 yr old OP3 and the alert slider feels so much better on that one. The one on my new OP6t feels loose and does not have the same firm states when moving the slider... I'm thinking of returning it

bought my 6T yesterday and the alert slider is loose, espcially when the botton is placed in the middle mode. Is it normal?

Sounds like a problem. Mine is firmly in place, tight and requires good effort to slide.

This. The alert slider on my 6T is very solid and requires a bit of effort to move.

    Mine is the same. Good-to-go!
My first OP device, and I'm impressed with most everything!

Mine feels fine to me. It doesnt wobble. It does require a little play however. It has to move up and down. If it wobbles or is really shakey I would contact OP. Their customer service is normally good at assisting its customers.

    same here
I owned every device from one plus one until one plus 5t, and the alert slider since the op2 normally felt strong and on the 6t it's very loose

Mine has a tiny bit of play and it takes a bit of effort to move the slider. Doesn't feel broken or anything. Doesn't bother me.

Bought@ T-Mobile on Nov. 1 if that matters.

Yup, i agree it wobbles. Compared it to my OP6 and yes OP6T slider wobbles whereas my OP6 has solid slider.

Mine wobbles too but it requires a bit of effort to move between toggles. It bothers me a little since it's been less than 2 weeks of use

Mine wobbles too. Feels cheap, unlike everything else. I see most off us have this issue and only some people have firm slider. Maybe somebody asked official support about that slider? What did they say?

Mine has a bit of play in it, too, and it was like that from day one (not caused by excessive use). I thought nothing of it until I spotted this thread. Purchased directly from OnePlus.com in late November.

I had been using many previous OP devices. I had OP1, 2,3,5t,6 and 6t. It's the first time i am experiencing a problem with the device. I am afraid if the water proofing will be affected by this play in alert slider.
