OP7 Camera Wormy Effect (Worse than 6T) May 15, 2019

    Hi,

    I've been watching many reviews and all show similar quality of the images.

    There is a clear problem with the sharpening on the images by the OP7. They suffer from wormy effect, similar too fuji cameras when processed in Lightroom sharpening.This can be seen 200% zoom and will affect all photos processed by 3rd party apps, especially for filters and compression.

    1. It's disappointing to see a new product with a bug so obvious being launched. Feels rushed, like the gaming industry delivering halved baked products.
    2. Hope the team can fix in update. As it is now 6T has better quality photos.

    so you saying this is another half baked product.
    games not running.on 90Hz.
    maybe apps.who knows.
    now the camera again.
    well the pics on their website are from a DSLR.
    so you will never get that quality

    most of the threads posted in the OnePlus 7 series are all nonsense.
    but 3 of my threads have been closed down by the moderator called camohan giving useless reasons.
    well as a mod you can do that since there is no one to challenge your biased authority in the forum.
    but every one here is not a fanboy knows that some mods are absolutely biased so many other threads are really stupid , but they are not closed down for their stupidity.

    Posting other people's content without providing a source is against the forum rules. You posted an article that does not belong to you, without the owner's permission and without crediting him for it. The thread got closed for that.

    Instead of recognizing that what you did was wrong, you prefer to put the blame on others.

    So, yes, misleading, because you were informed of why the thread was closed and it had nothing to do with the content being positive or negative.

    and no where I have written that it's mine.
    and thus the question of plagiarism doesn't arise.
    no matter what you say.
    that was negative publicity in the forum which OnePlus can't afford now.hence Camohan closed it. every one knows he is biased
    but guess what , it's all in the news everywhere.

    ill try adding a pic, its hard to describe. happens in fuji cameras when sharpening is to high in lightroom. I'm not expecting dslr quality but al least beter than 6T and much better low light, not really happening.

    today all eyes are on the OnePlus users here .
    I can bet on that.
    lot of negativity will come out,mostly stupid or by some irritated fan who will not be able to purchase due to the high cost.
    but my threads have been closed bcos OnePlus knows it's the truth and they don't want further discussion on the topic.

    wormy effect... basically smooth surfaces come out looking like this. Check out Moment's lenses video. Very clear there.

    yesterday GSM arena came out with review as soon as the keynote was over.
    still not much praises for the 7pro camera.
    pixel still unbeatable with 1 cam.

    200% you can see the "worms" in detail... the problem is that the photo degrades much worse when you use another app to edit, and photo look less sharp from normal viewing distance, thats why 6T is looking better when it probably isn't.

    no 90Hz for games.
    apps on 90Hz - no idea.maybe,maybe not.
    want to buy the colour you like - pay more or stick to the dull black.
