Display OP7 Pro Black Screen

    Till 1% of battery my phone is working after that I plugged into the charger and then 10 min of charge my display goes black and not able to start and it is completely dead.
    Worst Service Provider and Customer care support.
    I am completely disappointed with oneplus

    what happens in safe mode?
    did you clean the usb port carefully?

    why did you wrote "Worst Service Provider and Customer care support."? what did they do?
    Did you visit a service center? looks like a faulty usb port or faulty motherboard.
    please let your device getting checked.

    before this I had faced a problem related to pop-up camera in which service centre of patna told me that there is problem related to your mother board in which you have to change it but after using pick and drop facility for the same problem it takes 1 month to repair and cost Rs 1000.
    Now again I faced a problem that my phone is not able to start and it completely dead from 17 September till now when i go to the service centre again they told me we need to change your mother-board which cost Rs 23,000 approx.
    again i talk to customer care they told me to that i have sent an email to our senior product specialist which take your concern and call you within 24 hours. After 24 hours I contact to customer care then what i get to know that they didn't send any email to their senior that person give me fake information.
    Again i raised a complain related to that and they told me to use pick and drop but this time it won't work it shows some error which i attached to this reply.
    Again i called them then they put me on hold for more than 1 hr and i disconnect that call.
    I completely frustrated from your service
