    As long as the stable build date is newer than your current open beta build, you can manually install the latest stable rom with the local upgrade option (the way you first installed the open beta rom).

    No, the latest stable 10.3.0 is a newer build than open beta 3. But if you wanted to go back to a stable pie build, you would first need to use a roll-back zip that would wipe all data.

    As long as you want to go to 10.3.0 stable from beta 3, there should be no data loss. But its always good to back up when doing a system update anyway...

    10.3.0 is latest one, if you can't wait for next stable update use a rollback zip (you can find it in the beta threads) but remember that a rollback delete all your data.

    It says to me that the update to 10.3.0 from open beta, will reset my phone to factory settings!

    It depends on which open beta you are coming from. You cant go from a newer build date to an older build date. But its always a good idea to back-up your data before an update.

    That's no problem then. The warning message does not take build dates into account.
