Hello, I got my tv 55U1 installed yesterday. When I connected it to Bluetooth wireless z earphones, I am getting crackling sounds and very low volume output. Have to set the volume above 85. When I connect it to 2.4 GHz WiFi the problem of crackling sounds ain't there though the volume output is still low....I think it is a software issue. Can you please help me out. Also I have reset the tv and updated all apps and running the latest update. Issue is still there....Kindly help...

Same issue with 55Q1IN. I have started using Mibox with the TV to get rid of the cracking sound.

I am using firestick 4k. Also there is stuttering of videos in apps like YouTube and Prime video of the TV when watching 4k content. So basically have to use firestick for all the content....Hope this is fixed soon by Oneplus team....

Are you trying to connect via Bluetooth?

Prime video stuttering is a known issue and is due to the app optimization from Amazon IMO. As the issue started after the app updates. Regarding Youtube stuttering, can you check resetting Youtube app and see the "Stats" info. Also if you are using 5 GHz bandwidth, switch to 2.4 and check once.

Ok so I did what you say but the stuttering is still there and also it is on 4k or 4k hdr60fps content only..Full hd video plays fine. I tried switching to 2.4ghz but the speed I am getting in this room where the tv is 15 mbps on that band. Though 5ghz has a speed of 300 mbps. Stats for nerd shows frame drops in a 4k 60fps video...

Check the buffer health in Stats once. 5Ghz 300 and 2.4 has only 15 :-o

These are the stats...And sorry 300 mbps is my base plan speed. In this room I get around 140 mbps on 5ghz band. Sorry my bad...

Buffer health is actually good, there shouldn't be any stuttering ideally. You may report the bug next time it happens.
